What is ThetaHealing?


ThetaHealing may help to heal both emotional and physical problems quickly and easily by utilising the properties of naturally-occurring Theta brainwave patterns. Its aim is to address psychological blocks and limiting belief patterns, allowing you to live your life with emotional freedom and choice.

 

How does it work?

Many people are becoming more aware of the power of the mind and its role in creating our reality, and scientists are now beginning to be able to describe the mechanisms behind this. Lessons we learn from our experiences give rise to our belief system, this is part of our survival instinct and normally supports us.
 
However, we can find that unconscious programming which is no longer relevant can stop us achieving where we want to be in life. We respond to situations according to our overriding beliefs, unable to act with the freedom to make the choices we want to. ThetaHealing may help to change this, quickly and easily.
 
The therapist can settle into Theta brainwave patterns, which occurs in deep meditative states, allowing a strong affinity to the true inner selves of both the therapist and client and their natural connection to Source Energy.  In this coherent state, it may be possible for the client's restricting thought patterns and related behaviour to change, no longer responding to circumstances and events according to previous experience, but having the freedom to choose.
