Reference Point Therapy

What is Reference Point Therapy?

Reference Point Therapy is a technique which allows a trauma to be traced back to its true origins.  What is thought of as the cause of an issue is often only a trigger and its roots can go back much earlier in time, possibly even to our ancestors through our DNA.

How does it work?

Acknowledgment of the original trauma and any connecting patterns of physical symptoms, emotions or behaviour may allow a deep shift of consciousness so that healing and resolution can take place. This occurs naturally and without having to go into details of the trauma or re-experiencing upsetting events.

Can Reference Point Therapy help me?

Reference Point Therapy may be appropriate for any physical symptom, emotional issue or psychological block.

Science is starting to acknowledge that some of the patterns we experience may have been passed down from our ancestors through our DNA at conception, a possible factor as to why some diseases are hereditary. It may also be why we have behavioural tendencies and react in a specific way, given a certain situation, even though we may want to choose otherwise.

Resolving holding traumas and related patterns may allow more of your true authentic self to emerge, helping you to experience being in a clear place and have genuine freedom of choice.
