Karuna Reiki
What is Karuna Reiki®?
Karuna Reiki® has its origins in Usui and Tibetan Reiki. It was developed by an American Reiki Master, William Rand, through experimentation with non-Reiki symbols, which later evolved into a new system of healing he named Karuna Reiki®. 'Karuna' is a Sanskrit word meaning 'compassionate action', ie any action which reduces the suffering of others.
How does it work?
Karuna Reiki® has been described as being a much higher vibration energy than Usui Reiki, and has close links with angels and enlightened beings. It lovingly surrounds and infuses both the healer and the recipient, compared to the flowing quality of Usui Reiki. This may allow profound healing to take place from deep within, encouraging new healthy patterns to unfold.
Can Karuna Reiki® help me?
Karuna Reiki® is a gentle energy that's taken in easily to gently support the transformation of deep-rooted issues. This can occur without the need to experience intense emotional releases or re-live traumatic experiences. It may therefore provide a wonderful opportunity to replace fear and worry with total peace and serenity.
